Role Description

• Able to work on Naukri.com and can apply searches.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers & VNA Team
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity

Required Qualifications

• Min Graduate in any field
• Minimum 2 year+ in International Bulk BPO recruitment experience is mandatory
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
• Skills in database management and record keeping.
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
• Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain flexible work schedule.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Gather and analyze information skill-fully.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
• One should be comfortable working in 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM shifts.
