Supply chain and NPD lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Procurement:

• Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers in India & China, ensuring optimal quality, cost, & lead times.
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, negotiate pricing, and MOQs.
• Oversee the procurement process from sample development to final order placement, ensuring timely and cost-efficient production.

2. Vendor & Manufacturing Coordination:

• Source and establish relationships with manufacturers in India and China for quality production.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production timelines to align with business goals.
• Ensure product designs, materials, and compliance standards meet international benchmarks.

3. New Product Development (NPD):

• Conduct in-depth secondary and primary research on sports equipment trends, material innovations, and customer preferences.
• Work closely with industry experts, coaches, and athletes to develop and refine product specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to develop samples, test prototypes, and finalize product specifications.
• Drive the launch of new sport categories, ensuring that new products align with market demand.
