Deliver revenue across the allocated agency portfolio and determine new, untapped growth opportunities while driving current revenue streams
Experience in managing relationships within all agencies, develop C-level relationships with agency leadership and/or founders
Create, implement and track solution adoption goals across the entire agency to ensure understanding of Meta value proposition and products
Identify and pitch transformational opportunities to agencies that directly support country business growth drivers
Identify key frictions and barriers specific to these agencies and lead scaled solutions
Build a partnership with the industry body to maintain and strengthen Meta s brand

5+ years of proven track record in media sales/ media planning/ campaign experience for businesses/ accounts, with key mandate being delivering against quota
Has developed strategies that have successfully influenced key decision makers at all levels of the agency
Hands-on experience in a large digital media agency and/ or client-side will help ensure that recommendations are pragmatic and real world ready
Has experience pitching and managing digital campaign strategies and can explain the differences between Meta and competing products
Analytical and Excel skills are essential, Additionally, can leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns
Analytical, detail-oriented professional with clear business strategy views and the potential to identify and unlock revenue opportunities within the market
Experience of Meta user behavior and how technology works - represent Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp at key industry events and gatherings
Complex problem solving, persistence, resourcefulness and highly organized
Understanding of the Indian digital agencies, landscape for digital media buying, and the unique challenges faced by local digital agencies in the market.
