Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead at FACE Prep in Coimbatore.

- The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for target achivement, customer service, team management, and team leadership on a day-to-day basis.

Important Disclosure:

- The incumbent will be in probation for 3 months and will be entrusted with team once the product pitch is cleared until then the incumbent will be in a IC role.

- The typical time taken to clear the pitch will be 15-20 days.

Qualifications:

- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.

- Customer Service expertise.

- Team Management and Team Leadership abilities.

- Experience in sales and team leadership roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and mentor team members.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in the tech sector is a plus.

- Minimum 2 years experience in similar roles.
