- Reporting To The Zonal Manager Client Relations.
- This role will ensure the productivity and efficiency of the sales team while being on the field and on non-field days.
- Monthly targets will be applicable to this role Initially, productivity target metrics around team number of meetings/calls/compliance around geotagging and call recording could be assigned and later it could be graduated to sales and lead generation numbers CRM Management.
- Will work with functional managers to understand their requirements, identify a cost effective CRM recommendation and implement the CRM o SEM will own and manage the CRM.
- SEM will own educating and training the existing sales team and new inductees on the CRM features and ensure they can work with the CRM without any doubts o Coordinate with the CRM provider and ensure timely updates and understand how we can better leverage the CRM and their new features Sales & Process Compliance.
- SEM will work with the sales managers and understand the leading indicators for a role and ensure weekly compliance and achievement of the leading indicators o In case of deviation from the targets, the SEM is to talk to the respective sales associate and understand the problem.
- In case of a skill/understanding issue, the SEM will address their issues/challenges.
- If it is an intention/attitude issue the SEM will escalate this to the Zonal Manager with the Business Head in the loop.
- The Zonal Manager will talk to the sales associate and address the issue immediately or terminate the sales associate in extreme cases where we are not able to turn around the associate.
- Will have to coordinate with the sales managers to create/realign existing processes to meet organizational goals Quality Management.
- Take necessary guidance from relevant heads and audit calls for first-level scrutiny.
- This audit will ensure the sales associate has delivered the essentials for the task during the client call Lead & Pipeline Management.
- SEM will work on the leads and ensure timely movement within the pipeline and flag leads which have been untouched/not moved for a long time Reports and Analysis.
- SEM will own the report generation to share relevant insights with the leadership team.
- Analyse the performance of the sales team and make necessary recommendations for improvement.
