Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in engaging the audience through social media posts and interactions.
• Produce and ideate Social Media posts, primarily for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing Paid Social Media campaigns.
• Find new and exciting ways to engage prospects via Social Media channels to drive awareness and conversation.
• Researching and promoting new trends, topics, and areas of interest to be included in marketing content.
• Design and implement Social Media strategies that align with our business goals.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and operations to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in community building, influencer marketing and customer support for our games.
• Analyse and report social channel analytics and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings.
• Know how to work on Hootsuite/Buffer, SEM Rush, Canva, Hashtag Expert, Creator Studio, and anything else that is relevant to digital marketing.
• Possesses top-notch copywriting skills, to convey ideas in a clear and precise way.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in social media.
• Excellent English Communication & Writing Skills.
• Candidates should have worked on multiple Social Media Campaigns.
• Displays the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
• Demonstrates time management skills.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in content creation for various social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Social Ads campaigns is essential.
• Displays knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Advertising Agency experience is highly desirable.
• Any Bachelors degree.
