Job Description for Social Media Manager

BluEnt is looking for a skilled professional with deep knowledge of the top social media platforms to generate and retain a steady followership on all social media avenues. The desired candidate is capable of producing multi-brand content as well as its systematic and organized execution. He or she possesses the ability to scan and identify relevant trends for effective marketing and has an aptitude for analysis.

KRAs:

  • Activate, run, and promote assigned social media accounts as per brand direction.
  • Develop and maintain account content calendars and campaign plans as per marketing goals.
  • Deploy ATL and BTL activities for each account.
  • Create segmented audiences for an account and outline a set of strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Delegate content plans to Design for timely execution.
  • Act as an extension of marketing and branding in the social media space on behalf of BluEnt.
  • Respond and manage online reputation as per brand guidelines.

Experience:

  • 4+ years with Social Media Marketing
  • Proved record of successful campaign management and expert multi-account handling experience
  • Client-facing capability
  • Deep knowledge of SMM tools, platforms, and techniques

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that integrate both paid and organic approaches to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Paid Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns and other PPC strategies to achieve targeted results. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad performance to ensure excellent ROI.
  • Organic Content Creation & Curation: Curate and create compelling content for social media platforms that engages the audience, builds followers and strengthens niche connections. Develop content calendars and strategies to support overall marketing goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of both paid and organic campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Provide detailed insights into campaign effectiveness, including metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Utilize data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for both paid ads and organic content to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and engage with social media communities, respond to comments, and foster relationships to enhance brand loyalty and build a strong online presence.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitive activities to inform and enhance both paid and organic strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, content, and product teams to ensure that social media strategies align with broader business objectives and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in managing both paid and organic social media campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving excellent ROI in terms of leads, followers, and niche connections.
  • Strong ability to generate creative ideas and execute them across various social media platforms.
  • Expertise in LinkedIns ad platform, PPC strategies, and organic content management.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and improve ROI based on data.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
