Job Description

BluEnt is a Consultancy Corporation with HeadQuarters in the US. The India office is a support arm

Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a sales cum Business development - International Client Relations Personnel
(Sales and Marketing) with good communication skills.
Must want a Sales/Business Development role.

  1. Secondary research using internet (Google and other tools) as per the target audience.
    Creating a database of contacts and leads.
  2. Lead Generation- running email campaigns and lead handling.
  3. Coordinating with CRM and maintaining database excel of contacts, leads and clients.
  4. Coordinate with senior marketing people and help in sales.
  5. Maintain relationship with leads
  6.  Extracting sales report from email campaigning
  7. Work involves Generating leads and Clients in these fields
  8. Calling, Emailing, Speaking to Potential Clients (International) and selling our Services.
  9. Assessing the Work and figuring out Timelines and Scope.
  10. Generating revenue from new and existing clients and getting the collection done.
  11. Ability to close deals using e-mails, phone, and web conferencing
  12. Ability to prepare detailed proposal documents, commercial presentations
  13. An understanding of international bidding websites like Elance, Guru, Odesk, and social
    media platforms like linked-in, facebook, Google search etc

Skills Required
•         MBA in International Business & Marketing or equivalent will be a plus. Any architectural or
related education will be a plus.
•         Marketing Management literacy with 1-3 years experience in pre-sales and pre marketing
activity in KPO/ BPO or IT industry at a global scale is a plus.
•         Good written and spoken English for interaction with clients through email, understanding of regional sensibilities..
•         Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•         Basic level understanding of architectural design, development and construction
documentation process, digital media marketing, email marketing and online brand marketing is a plus.
