HR Manager - Talent Acquisition & Operations

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and HR operations. If you are passionate about building teams, fostering a positive work culture, and driving operational excellence, wed love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy to attract top talent for our organization and support our clients hiring needs.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including offer negotiation and onboarding.

2. HR Operations:


  • Oversee and streamline HR operations, including employee records management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive and inclusive work environment.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across geographies.
  • Manage performance review processes and support career development initiatives.
  • Handle employee offboarding, including exit interviews and documentation.

Qualifications:




  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical roles (e.g., AI/ML, Cloud Computing, SaaS) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
