About Facilities Management Team: This team is responsible for coordination with Internal and external stakeholders. Internal Stakeholders include Maintenance, Operations, Finance while External stakeholders are property owners and Government departments such as Electricity board, Water supply, FSSAI, Labor etc.

Role and Responsibility: -

1. Processing Electricity bill payment for 50+ stores of Tamil Nadu and Kerala states. Coordination with Electricity board officers for any correction required.
2. Processing payment of LPG Gas for these stores. Reconciliation of accounts.
3. Processing Rent to property owners. Reconciliation of accounts
4. Coordination with property owners and Government officials whenever required.

Skills required: -

1. Problem solving attitude.
2. Energetic person who is ready to learn new things.
3. Never give up spirit and taking ownership of the task till the end.
4. Eye for detail and carefully checking every invoice.

Qualification Required: -

1. Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel and word)
2. Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam (Spoken is mandatory, written if preferred)
3. Basic knowledge of accounting and bill processing.
