Demand Generation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• You will be responsible for creating sales opportunities for the Field Sales Team.
• Generating BANT-qualified demos with prospects and ensuring a set target revenue is achieved consistently month on month.
• Connecting with the decision makers of edu-institutions, universities, private coaching, overseas consultancies etc & generating sales opportunities through outbound calls, visiting institutions / universities, emails & LinkedIn activity.
• Maintaining prospects pipeline. Updating and tracking metrics on CRM.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing team with ongoing ad-hoc projects.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience of sales / pre-sales to Higher Education institutions, Universities, Coaching / Test preps, B-Schools etc. This will need strong connections at institutions.
2. Substantial relevant B2B work experience of setting up BANT qualified (Budget - Authority - Need - Time) meetings for the sales team
3. Job experience as Inside Sales Specialist / Demand Generation - B2B Calling - for software products like CRM / ERP / Apps / IVRs to the educational institutions
4. Fluent English, as the candidate's KRA would be to connect with the decision makers - Founders / Owners / Sales & Marketing heads of Educational institutions like Universities, B-Schools, EdTechs, highly reputed Coaching-training classes, vocational institutions etc.
