Role & responsibilities
1. Talent acquisition (40%):
a. Support in manpower planning.
b. Understand the hiring requirement, create JDs (if needed), and recruit quality manpower (screening to closure) within the defined TAT and budget.
c. Manage and update trackers - candidate and reference check.
2. Talent management (10%): Provide support in:
a. managing the performance management process and building a culture of performance. b. creating career development plans for team members.
3. HR operations (30%):
a. Managing the payroll process.
b. Managing all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
c. Maintaining a healthy interaction with all members, supporting and managing grievances.
4. Support in annual planning, new initiatives / projects, as required (10%).
5. People management (10%):
a. Ensure effective performance of assigned member/s.
b. Guide and mentor the team to build capability.
c. Ensure team retention and motivation.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Qualification MBA (HR); dual specialization in finance or marketing will be desirable
