Change Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced C hange Management Consultant with a strong understanding of ERP systems and expertise in driving system adoption and improvement across multiple remote locations. The consultant will work closely with Adani s internal team, receiving knowledge transfer to ensure a seamless change management process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Adoption Improvement:

Travel to various remote locations to ensure smooth adoption and enhancement of vendor-based ERP systems already implemented by the Adani team.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with local teams, guiding them through system changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective communication to promote system adoption.

3. Knowledge Transfer:

Collaborate with the Adani project team to gain a thorough understanding of system functionalities, processes, and business requirements.

4. Change Management Strategy:

Develop and execute a structured change management plan, including user training, communication, and feedback mechanisms, to drive system acceptance.

5. User Training Support:

Deliver hands-on training sessions and provide on-ground support to end users to ensure they are confident in using the ERP system.

6. Travel On-Site Presence:

Be available for 2-3 week travel assignments to remote locations on regular basis (base location: Ahmedabad). Accommodation and food will be provided by Adani.

Required Qualifications Experience:

1.5-7+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably in ERP implementation or system improvement projects.

2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

3.Proven experience in conducting user training and building adoption strategies.

4.Ability to work in remote, challenging environments with flexibility and adaptability.

5.Preferred:

Experience in vendor-based basic ERP systems.

Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or manufacturing industries.
