Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating user-centric designs for our products and applications, ensuring they are both visually appealing and intuitive.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design Development: Create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
Wireframing Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and communicate ideas effectively.
User Research: Conduct user research through methods like surveys, user interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors, and integrate findings into design decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design vision is realized in final product and meets business goals.
Usability Testing Iteration: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, iterate on designs based on feedback, and continuously improve user interfaces for optimal experience.
Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive, optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.
Frontend Development Support: Assist developers in translating design elements into code, collaborating on the development of functional UI components, and maintaining design consistency across platforms.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency across all platforms and projects.

Skill Qualification:

Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application projects.
UI/UX Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Frontend Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or frameworks like React, Angular) for implementing and collaborating on design-to-code handoff.
User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret user data and feedback to make informed design decisions.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate on design solutions to improve usability and user experience.
Collaboration Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in both visual design and interaction design.
