Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Qlik Developer with 2-3 years of experience in QlikView and QlikSense to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Qlik Developer, you will assist in the development and maintenance of Qlik-based dashboards, reports, and data models. You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, contributing to the delivery of impactful business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Qlik Development : Assist in the development of QlikView and QlikSense dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on user requirements.
Data Modeling : Help in the creation and maintenance of data models in Qlik, ensuring that data is structured and optimized for use in applications.
Scripting Data Integration : Learn and contribute to Qlik scripting for data transformation, loading, and integrating data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs.
Application Testing Debugging : Assist in testing Qlik applications for accuracy and performance. Identify and resolve issues related to data integrity, functionality, and user experience.
Collaboration with Teams : Work with senior developers, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements, refine solutions, and implement changes.
Documentation : Help document technical solutions, workflows, and troubleshooting steps to support the team and ensure clarity for future development.
Performance Optimization : Assist in optimizing Qlik applications for better performance, including faster load times and smoother user interaction.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest QlikSense and QlikView features, tools, and techniques. Participate in training and development initiatives to expand technical expertise.
Support Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Qlik applications, making enhancements as needed based on user feedback.

Key Skill Qualification

Experience : 2-3 years of hands-on experience in QlikView and QlikSense development, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and scripting.
Technical Skills :
- Basic understanding of QlikView/QlikSense development (visualizations, data models, scripting).
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and data extraction.
- Experience with data integration techniques, including connecting Qlik applications to various data sources.
- Knowledge of basic scripting (QlikScript) and understanding of Qlik data load processes.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in Qlik applications and work with teams to find solutions.
Collaboration : Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Problem-Solving : Eagerness to learn new techniques and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
