Power BI Developer

Exponentia.ai is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Bi Developer who will be responsible for End-to-End development of BI reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on usability and interactivity.
• Build data models that are efficient, scalable, and secure.
• Write and maintain DAX formulas for advanced calculations and data analysis.
• Connect to various data sources (relational databases, cloud storage, etc.) and transform data for analysis.
• Implement data security and access controls using Power BI features.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Document Power BI reports and dashboards for future reference and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
• Partner with cross functional work teams to identify opportunities to utilize data analytics to improve business processes and business results.
• Look at data requirements, enhancements, and assist in setting direction for the company's data transformation initiative.
• Data maintenance and project work as assigned.
• Supports ad hoc projects and reports.
