Qlik Replicate Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Qlik Replicate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth
expertise in data replication and integration, with hands-on experience developing both real-time and batch data
replication jobs using Qlik Replicate. This role will involve designing and optimizing replication tasks, setting up
Change Data Capture (CDC) processes, and ensuring the seamless flow of data across various systems and
platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain robust data replication tasks using Qlik Replicate.
2. Configure and optimize Qlik Replicate environments to ensure high performance and reliability.
3. Set up and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) processes for real-time data replication across heterogeneous
systems, databases, and data lakes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including source and target teams, to understand data integration
requirements and deliver effective solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Qlik Replicate tasks, workflows, and system performance.
6. Ensure adherence to data integration best practices, governance, and security standards

Required Skills:
1. Strong expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC) processes across heterogeneous systems.
2. Hands-on experience with databases, ERP systems, and data integration workflows.
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize replication performance effectively.
5. In-depth understanding of data integration, ETL pipelines, and data governance principles.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with additional Qlik tools, such as Qlik Compose, is highly desirable.
2. Understanding of data lake architectures and end-to-end data pipelines.
3. Exposure to ETL tools such as Talend or equivalent platforms.
4. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python for automation and customization
