Project Manager

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in driving project success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
• Ensure project compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
• Lead project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experinec in Data/BI projects
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
