Full Stack Developer

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development of web applications, delivering high-quality code and creating seamless user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to build scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key requirement

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient full-stack web applications.
• Work with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js) to create interactive user interfaces.
• Develop server-side logic using back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and Web Services to support front-end functionality.
• Develop and maintain database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and design efficient data models.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure consistency across web applications.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure application security.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack and ensure optimal performance of both client and server-side components.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve development processes and product quality.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Roles

• 4-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Solid experience in back-end development with technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and WebSockets.
• Proficiency in working with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
• Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues across the entire application stack.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
