Senior Practice Manager - Data & AI

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to manage the Presales, CoEs, Delivery and Customer Success at Exponentia. The individual will jointly own P & L for the practice along with the Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful client engagement, consulting and implementation of data and AI projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a combination of business management, technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of data and analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grow Client Relationships

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Develop and execute plans for client growth including new offerings, innovation workshops and CoE engagements to develop new incremental pipeline
• Enable Exponentia to be strategic and trusted partner to meet all Data and AI needs of the client.

• Build Thought Leadership and relevant Market Offerings
  • Develop CoEs for thought leadership, offering development and client relationship growth.
  • Develop Data and AI offerings to keep pace with the market and in alignment with our partner ecosystem
  • Enable teams including Sales, Presales and Technical teams for GTM and Delivery Excellence.
• Delivery Success

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions that meet client requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure technical enablement and support to the project team.

• Enable Team Success

• Enable Sales team on offerings and provide support for GTM.
• Co-create assets with Sales and Marketing Teams
• Coordinate with Marketing team on brand building and positioning.
• Ensure technical enablement and support to the project team.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record of successful practice management in Big 4 or Large Sis.
• Must have managed a global delivery team of min 500 people.
• Proven Experience of delivering data analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Education Qualification:

• Academics: MBA and BE from Tier I/II College.
