Business Analyst

Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance products, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for new initiatives, product enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment of project objectives and requirements.
• Risk Analysis: Assess potential risks and challenges associated with business initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product development and strategic planning.

Technical Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an NBFC or financial services environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and experience with business intelligence platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory frameworks within the NBFC sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
