AL&ML Expert

Required Skills:
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience in big data processing (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in MLOps, model deployment, and version control.
• Knowledge of ethical AI, bias detection, and explainable AI methodologies.
• Experience with AI-driven automation, chatbots, and decision support systems.
Preferred Certifications:
• Certified AI/ML Engineer (AWS, Google, Microsoft).
• TensorFlow Developer Certificate.
• AI Ethics & Governance Certification.
• Deep Learning Specialization (Coursera, Stanford, or equivalent).

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML models for data-driven decision-making.
Key Deliverables:
• Develop & deploy AI/ML models for structured and unstructured data analysis.
• Ensure AI compliance with legal, ethical, and privacy frameworks.
• Build NLP models for text analytics, sentiment analysis, and chatbot integration.
• Train and mentor internal teams on AI best practices and responsible AI deployment.
• Provide detailed AI implementation roadmaps & performance reports.
• Develop predictive analytics, NLP models, and computer vision applications for government workflows.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical AI guidelines, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.
• Optimize AI models for scalability, accuracy, and interpretability.
• Integrate AI models into low-code/no-code platforms for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and drive adoption.
