Job Summary:

Expert Engineers is looking for an experienced Fabrication Head to lead our sheet metal fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire fabrication process, ensuring high-quality production, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise & manage the sheet metal fabrication process for electrical control panels.
• Ensure quality control at every stage, from raw material selection to finished products.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet project deadlines.
• Optimize fabrication techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with design, assembly, and purchase teams for smooth operations.
• Train and mentor fabrication staff to enhance skills and productivity.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for raw materials.

Requirements:

✔️ 8+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication (control panel manufacturing preferred).
✔️ Strong knowledge of sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, and finishing processes.
✔️ Experience in handling CNC machines, laser cutting, and press brakes.
✔️ Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
✔️ Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations.
