Accountant Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with 15+ years of expertise in managing comprehensive accounting operations and maintaining balance sheets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strategic financial planning and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including cash flow management and financial forecasting.
• Manage taxation processes including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial audits.
• Collaborate with management for financial decision-making and strategic planning.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong expertise in balance sheet preparation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9, SAP).
• Advanced knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
