Production Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, managing teams, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production activities in the sheet metal fabrication department.
• Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings to ensure accurate production of sheet metal components.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct manufacturing processes to meet production goals, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and efficient production of new products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage, mentor, and develop production staff, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
• Track inventory levels and ensure materials and components are available for production.
• Prepare production reports and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or in a similar role within the sheet metal fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication processes, machinery, and tools.
