Job Title: Fabrication and Erection Engineer

Reports to: Project Manager / MEP Manager

Location: Udaipur (Airport Project)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication and Erection Engineer to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication and erection of structural steel, piping, and other mechanical components for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication Management: Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

2. Erection Planning: Plan and coordinate the erection process, including sequencing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

3. Site Supervision: Supervise the erection process on site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

4. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that fabricated and erected components meet project specifications and industry standards.

5. Safety Management: Ensure that all fabrication and erection activities are carried out in accordance with the company's safety policies and procedures.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure effective project delivery.

7. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to fabrication and erection, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in fabrication and erection engineering, preferably in the construction industry.

3. Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD design software, such as AutoCAD, and familiar with industry-standard fabrication and erection techniques.

4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as AWS or ASME, are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Industry Certifications: Additional certifications, such as LEED AP or PMP, are advantageous.
