Responsibilities:
Need to understand the Goals, Challenges and Needs of the client and provide the best possible solutions with our expertise.
To ensure that clients are satisfied with our services and their needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with clients to create tailored success plans, outlining objectives, milestones and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Provide ongoing support to clients and network with them.
Develop New Ideas/strategies which can help in client retention & improve client results.
Contribute to building relationships, and implementing new programs that will increase business\u2019 revenue potential and minimize churn rates.
Support and building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job order lasting process ownership with the business itself.
Solve the problems faced by the clients and ensure their satisfaction while they are active accounts with us.
Work on improving the quality of online content, brand awareness, and reach of the companys social media channels and digital marketing channels..
Establish clear client retention goals and also process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward.
Have regular follow-ups with current clients. To handle client conversations via calls, emails & chats.
Coordinate with the marketing team to fulfill the requirements and create a bridge between the client and the operations team.
Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
Create engagement strategies with clients to develop a professional relationship through the provision of product and operational services, training, and customer services.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Managing client databases, Project Management, and reports via CRM tools.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients to retain them as customers.
Requirements
At least 3+ Years of proven experience in client success, Account management or a similar customer - facing role is a must.
BTech (CSE), BCA, MCA, BSc (IT) candidates are preferred.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred.
Experience with B2B international clients is imperative.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
The ideal candidate must be work-oriented, a team player, have a positive attitude and be diplomatic.
CRM knowledge will be an extra advantage.
Excellent presentation skills required (oral, written, and face-to-face).
Strong problem solving skills and conflict resolution.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and Time management skills.
