Key Responsibilities
Responding to inbound leads/scheduled appointments, and prospects via multiple channels (phone, email, virtual Zoom meetings, etc.)
Interview, qualify, and close current leads and potential clients for our lead generation and marketing programs.
Consistently close a high percentage of qualified leads.
Operating on calls with international clients on a regular basis to maintain company relations.
To manage the team from BDE to Growth consultants and maintaining clients on CRM.
Using CRM systems to track leads, monitor sales pipelines and generate reports on lead generation and lead generation activities and outcomes.
Executing various strategies to meet sales performance targets.
Connecting with decision-makers within the company.
Being up-to-date with constant developments in the digital marketing space.
Generating leads from different platforms if required and efficiently maintaining connections with present clients as well as attracting new ones.
Identifying the complications and objections to handling of the prospects.
Designing long-term new business plans to target international clients and foster growth for the future.
Creating weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end-of-month reports on revenue and market performance.
Making sure that revenue targets are accomplished efficiently and effectively.
Working closely with the digital marketing team to develop relevant templates.
Increasing clientele networks by discovering relevant business opportunities.
Getting in depth knowledge about the services of the company and using knowledge of the market and competitors, then identifying and developing the company\u2019s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Building rapport with the clients as well as peers and subordinates to ensure services are delivered as intended.
Coordinating with the operations team to make sure that we are only promising to clients what the Operations team can deliver.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years\u2019 experience in International Business Development role.
Master\u2019s degree preferred
experience with international clients is imperative.
Candidate who is target-driven and motivated.
Must be comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
Must be willing to work in different shift timings pertaining to different target geographies, including night shifts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills required (oral, written, and face-to-face).
Consultation and good negotiation skills are required in the candidate.
Time management skills required.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred.
The ideal candidate must be work-oriented, a team player, positive, articulate, and diplomatic.
