RTR - Senior Executive

Process: General Ledger (RTR).

BAND: A2(Senior Executive)

Location: Bangalore - Work from office

Transport: Cab provided for Pick up and drop.

Shift: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM

Qualification: Minimum Graduate in Accounts/Finance background is Mandatory

Must Have Skills: - Journal Entries, Cash and Trade Processing, Reconciliation, Attention to Detail, Invoice Creation, Fixed Asset accounting, Depreciation, GL reconciliation & Month-end close, Good communication skill

Job Description

• Total work experience should be 2 - 5 years in the field of Finance/Accounts preferably in Fixed Assets and Project accounting processes.
• Graduate in Accounting / Commerce with at least 15 years of education.
• The position is responsible to perform variety of accounting functions related to Fixed Assets-Retail
• The job also includes Fixed Assets Capex related activities to be completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain data and records in accordance with accounting standards & principles
• Exposure to following areas will be preferred in Fixed Assets process:
• Capex reviews, Budget loads for projects
• Master Data creation and its maintenance including Asset creation
• Month end Journal postings
• Account Reconciliations
• To identify if the Capex and Opex related expenses are coded correctly to the projects
• Creation of Internal Orders and load the budget for the same.
• Creation of Purchase orders and Goods receipts.
• Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor to help to identify inefficiencies to the process and assist to drive process improvements activities
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
• Good computer navigation skills
• Strong PC skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly strong in MS Excel & Word are a critical requirement
• Exposure to SAP Fixed Asset module.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets Process
• Accounting principles, Fixed assets concepts
• Excellent Communication Skills ( Both Written and Oral)
