We are hiring for a letter writing role. The criteria is:

* Any graduate with minimum 1 year of experience.

* Excellent English Communication

* Comfortable with Work from office

* Comfortable with shifts

JD incluses:

Candidates who have handled complaints directly from customers or third parties who are making a claim of irresponsible lending.

We need motivated and skilled individuals who preferably have any experience in handling / managing complaints in the banking, Collections, lending environment, if not then individuals who are able to comprehend the same and are trainable.

Individuals are required to be able write, speak and articulate with clarity and intelligence.
