• Generate B2B leads & contact details of decision makers for the designated event.
  

• Provide functional support to sales and marketing users.
  

• Understand the business process and requirements of the team and implement and customize various modules (CRM, Sales & Marketing).
  

• Work with the support team to resolve any reported issues concerning the generated database.
  

• Monitor, control, and ensure the sustained, effective usage of CRM throughout the organization.
  

• Play an advisory role with internal users in the use and interpretation of customer information.
  

• Clean up and maintain the database and perform optimal management of the CRM according to best practices.
  

• Be the guarantor of the proper technical functioning of CRM.
  

• Experience in creating reports and dashboard.
  

Requirements

1. 0-1 year in B2B lead generation.
   

2. Experience in Salesforce/ Zoho/ Hubspot/ Bitrix or similar CRM software.
   

3. Bachelor's degree in data science or other related field.
   

4. Strong communication skills.
