Location: Hosur
Educational Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech/B.E
Years of experience: 5-7 years
Role & responsibilities
- Verification of New Product / New process / 4M Change / audit of respective validations &
effectiveness . - First year warranty of new products (first time right of new products) -ensure proper validation before commercial launch.
- Customer complaint reduction, corrective action & effectiveness monitoring.
- Reduction of MAT warranty as per Corporate guidelines.
- Guide team on process parameter improvements at various stages of manufacturing for reducing scrap & improving quality.
- Reduction of manufacturing defects as per Corporate targets.
