Assistant / Deputy Manager - Civil

Purpose: To provide site assistance to Civil work are completed (from concept to commissioning) within target timeline, quality compliances and budget in shifts as per requirement.

Job Description:

• Should have thorough Experience of Working in Industrial Projects, Chemical Plants, PEB structures.
• Subject matter expert in the area of construction of BF Civil works
• Exposure to heavy industrial foundation . Proficiency in Quantity surveying, Estimation, project billing and bar bending schedule, on-field management and regulatory approvals.
• Should have hands on experience on both Projects and O&M.
• Planning construction activities for timely & smooth completion of project including organizing the schedule of work, costings & budget.
• Meeting contractual construction sequence for PEBS & finish work according to plan, coordinate & implement various activities & taking care of interdisciplinary activities.
• Advance Knowledge of construction management, process, means, methods, codes & standards
• Interpretation of plans, drawings & quantities as per site requirements.
• Inspection at site for scrutinizing of Civil Work & PEB structures
• Liasoning and coordination with architects, sub-contractors, consultants & internal stakeholders.
• Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site.
• Should lead by example, thorough team player and capable of taking challenging targets. Should have strategic outlook so as to devise and execute strategies as per circumstances.
