Role & responsibilities

• Documentation Preparation and Management
• Regulatory Compliance
• Coordination with Internal and External Stakeholders:
• Shipping Coordination and Tracking
• Issue Resolution

Preferred candidate profile

• Sound knowledge of Logistics documentation
• Logistics cost optimization
• Problem solving approach

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics documentation, preferably in a multinational Organisation.
• Thorough understanding of international Logistics procedures, Transportation etc.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and analyze complex documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office , SAP and Other logistics management systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Office Adress: Hi-tech Defence & Aerospace park, Phase II, Devanahalli, Channarayapatna, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka, 562135

2. It is a work from office opportunity and 1st and last Saturdays of the month are working.

The hike as per the company standards will be 30% only at the current CTC. This will also depend on the budget for this role. We are looking for immediate joiners. (within 15-45 days)
