Role & responsibilities
1.First contact for any customer audits/complaints and close all audit points/complaints quickly
2.Able to quickly close the customer complaints on customer portal and sustenance monitoring
3.Track all customer scorecords, complaints including Export complaints till closure
4.Should know all the customer specific requirements (CSR) for key customers like SAVW,MSIL,SMG,JD,M&M,TML,MGI
5.Visit to customer end to understand the quality complaint and do the necessary containment
6.Customer PPAP submission on time and wherever required,PPAP to be uploaded on the customer portals
7.Experience in developing new forms/formats/QMS and procedures for continuous improvement of QMS
8.Plan and Organise internal audits/MRM,maintain Quality records
9.VOC/customer complaints root cause analysis and implementing Corrective actions with focus on systemic actions
10.Training to team on QMS and continual improvement tools
11.Change management
12.Manage all External /customer audits/visit programs to ensure that all nonconformities raised are effectively corrected and closed with customers and certifying Bodies
13.Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer quality
14.Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in and across the departments
15. Experience in battery manufacturing processes & VDA 6.3,Beon preferred
