Role & responsibilities
Customer Onboarding , Customer Creation and Maintain Customer contracts
• Sale Order and Payment Confirmations
• Billing - Invoice creation
• Review monthly invoices ensuring billing is booked to the correct revenue accounts and is recognized properly in accordance with revenue recognition policy • Applying cash receipts to outstanding invoices, particularly in cases requiring reconciliation
• Perform Collections, Maintain Collection dashboard , provisions & follow up with business • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
• Brand & Customer reconciliation
• Payment Gateway Reconciliation
• Receivable ageing, collection ageing & Other AR Ageing reports
