Job Description

Name of Profile: Marketing Executive (School Outreach & Events)


Location: Noida, Pune, Lucknow, Indore and Patna


CTC & Perks:

Qualification & Eligibility:

  • Bachelors degree in any field or relevant experience in channel sales.
  • Local candidates will be given priority.

Working Experience: Ed-Tech/ Sales

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C or Institutional Sales.
  • Preferred:
    • Proven track record in startups or EdTech companies.
    • Hands-on experience in organizing workshops, events, and activations at schools.
    • Prior experience in lead generation, handling direct admissions, and onboarding institutional partners.
  • Strong local network with school management, principals, and director-owners.
  • Experience in strategic planning for school outreach and driving enrollment campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and reporting leads and conversions.

Skill Sets:

  • Strong field presence and ability to build instant rapport with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking leads, and reporting.
  • Excellent follow-up and persuasion skills to convert leads into partnerships.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Target-oriented mindset with excellent self-motivation.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of market trends in the education sector, particularly in the EdTech space.
  • Tech-savvy with a working understanding of digital tools for marketing and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily visits to schools and potential partners, presenting PhysicsWallah's products and services.
  • Organize and lead workshops, events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners and school stakeholders (management, principals, directors).
  • Drive lead generation efforts and ensure successful conversions, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain and update records of leads, sales, and performance metrics using CRM tools and Excel.
  • Identify and onboard affiliate partners and contractors who can assist in driving admissions.
  • Build a network of contractors (educational agents, local influencers, and facilitators) to act as affiliates for promoting PhysicsWallah’s offerings.
  • Ensure affiliates are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively market and generate admissions.
  • Monitor the performance of affiliates and contractors, providing support and guidance to maximize results.
  • Develop incentive structures and payment models for contractors and affiliates to maintain motivation and drive results.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to create marketing materials, campaigns, and training resources for affiliates.
  • Regularly engage with contractors to gather insights, feedback, and suggestions for improving outreach strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports to management on outreach activities, affiliate performance, and enrollment results.
