Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Customer Support and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service while actively contributing to our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at using chat platforms, customer support software, and CRM systems, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through various chat platforms and customer support software.
Handle challenging customer situations with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Generate and identify sales leads through various channels and strategies.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls with potential clients for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Provide insights and feedback to the sales team based on customer interactions and market research.
Assist in developing strategies to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in using chat platforms, customer support software, and CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
B.Tech (comp science) with sales or IT training sales will be preferred . BCA with knowledge of IT training sales can also work.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer situations effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a customer support or sales role.
Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
