Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely order processing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and compliance documentation.
• Train and mentor team members to support their professional development.
• Conduct regular evaluations of team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Pharma, M.Pharma, a diploma in Pharmacy, or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
