Chief Financial Officer - FMCG (12-14 yrs)

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Diversity Finance Leader as CFO for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

- Only MBA's from Premiere Business School with 12-14 years of exp. in the areas of Commercial / Business Finance in an FMCG, eComm is mandatory.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Act as Finance Country Leader and strategic business partner to the Country leadership team

- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.

- Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.

- Oversee the company's fiscal activities including budgeting, internal and statutory reporting and auditing.

- Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Review and monitor internal controls and compliance.

- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.

- Direct and supervise financial reporting, treasury forecasts and budgeting activities.

- Work and review Sales/Brand/Supply Chain finance activities and work with multi-function teams on interdependencies.

- Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.

- Interactions and discussions with customers and external vendors/consultants on business and compliance related matters.

- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

- Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
