Chief Financial Officer - FMCG/Retail (12-18 yrs)

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes

- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and other key financial metrics to ensure financial stability

- Manage accounting, auditing, tax, and regulatory compliance functions

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.

Qualifications:

- CA/MBA Finance with 12-18 years experience

- Proven experience as CFO, Financial Controller, or similar executive role in FMCG/Consumer Retail

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
