Executive Assistant, Amazon Pay

Key job responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management and strategic scheduling support for multiple senior leaders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Plan and execute team events, including all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team building activities
- Track and facilitate completion of key deliverables and action items
- Process expense reports and manage administrative documentation
- Partner with internal teams for space planning, facilities, and cross-functional coordination
- Organize and maintain team communication channels including newsletters and regular updates

A day in the life
Youll start your day reviewing calendar changes and prioritizing urgent requests. Throughout the day, youll coordinate with global stakeholders to schedule meetings across time zones, arrange travel logistics, and ensure smooth operations for the leadership team. You might also work on planning the next quarterly off-site or coordinating team recognition events.
