Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location : Main Chhatarpur Rd, Rajpur Khurd Extension, Chhatarpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110074
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Personal Assistant to support the CEO of DentalKart. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of multitasking and managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in optimizing the CEOs efficiency to ensure smooth operation and growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and documents as required.
- Assist in preparing for meetings and attending them to take minutes.
- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage personal tasks for the CEO such as handling personal appointments or family-related matters if necessary.
- Organize events and conferences, including logistics, attendee management, and follow-up.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members, staff, and stakeholders.
