Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support and coordination with Regional Heads and Committee panel members.
• Prepare, finalize, and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and plans for major events, exhibitions, and vendor management.
• Liaise with government ministries, handling both internal and external communications.
• Draft official correspondence, including letters and memos; obtain approvals from the Chairperson or relevant heads; and disseminate to stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination across multiple units or plants.
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements as required.
• Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting multiple units or plants.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating with government authorities or ministries.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
