Role & responsibilities

• To Handle Accounts and Finance Function i.e. Bill booking in ERP, preparing cheques for payments, passing payment entries in ERP/Tally, fund review of bank accounts of branch.
• Accounting entries like, Payment, Receipt, Journal, Purchase, Sales etc.
• To handle Indirect Tax compliance i.e GST. Calculation of GST, To prepare & filing of GST Returns,
• Handle Direct Tax compliance i.e. Calculation of TDS/TCS, Advance Tax, TDS/TCS Payments and Return Filing.
• To prepare the details and co-ordinate with the Consultants for I.T., GST Assessment, ensuring completion of yearly assessment and dealing with Notices served.
• To handle, co-ordinate and comply with the various audits viz. Internal Audit, Statutory Audits, Cost Audit, GST Audit etc.
• Review of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Keep the management well informed about account payable & receivable status.
• To prepare monthly Reconciliation statement and co-ordinate with H.O.
• To prepare monthly MIS to send the same to HO and co-ordinate for timely submission of MIS at HO, also, review and report for any lapses to the superior.
• Monthly preparation and/or monitoring of Bank Reconciliation Statement of Branch.
• To handle personal Accounts of the Directors, Handling of their accounts Audit
• Monthly stock taking, comparing with the ERP, identify the variances & reasons thereof and carry out the necessary steps to match.
• Scrutinizing of GL, Vendor Ledgers, Customer Ledgers, FA Posting etc.

Should have good hand in MS Office and Tally
