In my 1 year tenure, i found a lot of positive vibes in the company. We celebrated all small to big functions together in the office. Very cooperative and fun-filled culture. Even the management team participates and encourage employees for small events like employee farewell, birthdays, and others. Salary and increment etc are quite on time. Leaves are easily sanctioned.

there is a lot of politics mong people. travel reimbursements come late, almost after 2 months.
