Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for overall Sales & Marketing related activities of the Insulation and Proprietary products business of the company.
• Identifying and developing new streams for growth of business and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.
• Handling Sales through institutional industries, Distributors, Builders segment & direct customer.
• Organising product presentation for technical heads.
• To identify streams for revenue growth & develop business plans and create Cutting Edge Sellable concepts and ideas.
• To work with various business segments such as-

- B2B- Paint & Ink companies, Batteries Companies etc. as a supplier of raw materials

- B2C- dealing with Insulation contractors etc. for selling of final products and trading of international specialty chemicals.

- B2D- To find out direct and indirect sales channel partners such as dealers & distributors to expand product reach in the market.

• Managing the execution of the sales strategies by taking suitable course of actions and corrections to attain the desired level of implementation.
• Market intelligence and market research for the existing and new brands to be launched by the organization. Conduct periodic market exploration to understand the customer demand, new product launch and market share of competitors.
• Execute the business development activities by generating enquiries in Projects, Manufacturing companies. Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities for brand promotion and marketing effort, Approval / Specifications of the products.

Managing marketing communications and the company’s customer relationship programs and develop program to build brand’s relationship with Key Accounts (Top Insulation Companies, Contractors, Distributors & Govt. Authorities)
