Accounts Executive

The candidate will be responsible to maintain accounting entries at plant level, mentioned as under :

1. Accounts Payable /Receivable Expenses Bills booking includes import bill booking, Salary, debit /credit notes etc.

2. Banking payments like preparing cheques, NEFT and RTGS

3. Coordination with stores & other departments for purchase-related bills

4. TDS & GST with GST Reconciliation and their payments

5. Prepare and Process weekly & monthly reports like petty cash, GST, etc.

6. Handle & book petty cash Vouchers in Factory

7. Stock verification

Required Candidate profile

The candidate should be any graduate with a minimum 4-5 years of experience, in a manufacturing Company having a turnover of a minimum Rs. 15 Crores
