Business Development Manager

Job Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead pre sales & B2B sales operations in Punjab and Haryana. This role focuses on the direct sales and promotion of IT-based Solutions, Smart classroom Solutions, CCTV security Surveillance Systems, Networking Products, Audio-Video Solutions, Fire & Security Solutions, and other related products. The Business Development Manage will serve a diverse range of clients, including PWD, CPWD, Government Sectors, PSUs, Government Bodies, Defence Organizations, and the Private Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential B2B clients to create new business opportunities, particularly for IT and smart classroom solutions, CCTV security surveillance systems, networking products, audio-video solutions, and other products.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
• Independently close sales deals and manage the full sales cycle.
• The candidate must be capable of developing business independently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 5 years of prior experience is desirable in direct sales/B2B sales.
• Candidates must be target-driven, with strong Communication & negotiation skills.
• The selected candidate will visit clients directly from their home location.
• Own conveyance and a laptop is desirable (valid driving license required).
• Desirable locations in Punjab: Mohali or Chandigarh; in Haryana: Panchkula, Kurukshetra or Ambala

Compensation:

Salary: fixed + variable components,

• This is full-time.
• TA/DA as per company policy.
