Job Description

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (B2B) will drive strategic growth by identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the wedding and events ecosystem. This role focuses on expanding the companys network of B2B clients, such as wedding planners, event management companies, venues, luxury brands, and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target potential B2B partners within the wedding and events industry.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.

2. Partnership Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, venues, luxury brands, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial packages, cross-promotional opportunities, and exclusive tie-ups.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking sessions to strengthen brand visibility.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, corporate collaborations, and referral programs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Track and report on sales performance and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.

4. Marketing & Branding Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns targeting B2B clients.
  • Develop case studies, presentations, and pitches to showcase the company’s expertise and portfolio.
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts by providing insights into B2B trends and client preferences.

5. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Regularly update partners on new offerings, portfolio updates, and success stories.
  • Address partner concerns or feedback promptly to maintain trust and long-term relationships.

6. Reporting & Insights:

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, partnerships, and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Generate reports on market insights, partnership performance, and revenue growth for management review.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in B2B strategy and execution.
